If you are interested in scheduling an appointment, please call our office Monday through Thursday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Feel free to ask any questions about our office policies or the process for evaluations and treatments. Please be advised that our staff is legally prohibited from providing any information about your medical condition if you have not yet been seen in the office.
Established patients are encouraged to call the office with concerns or changes in their condition or in their response to treatment. (Established patients who require refills of medications should first contact their pharmacy to see if refills are already available.
